1. Appointments & Payments

• Appointments are required!

• Please book for exactly what you need/have to avoid additional costs!

• A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to book, with the balance due at your appointment.

• There is an additional $20 squeeze in and same day fee.

• We accept Cash, tap, Cashapp, Zelle, and Applepay. You can send the payment via (317) 652-3222.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You are able to cancel and reschedule in your confirmation email 24 hours before your appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future appointment.

3. Etiquette

• Please park on the left side and ring the doorbell at your appointment time. 15 minute grace is given before cancellation.

• To avoid extra fees know your loc amount and length.

• Only one guest is allowed, none under 4 years old.

4. Services & Results

• We cannot guarantee exact styles due to differences in loc amounts or length, but we’ll always do our best!

• Let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.

• We will directly contact you to meet your specific needs after you book. You may also send a photo of your hair and the desired look after booking to 317-652-3222

6. Refunds & Satisfaction

• Services are non-refundable, but we’re happy to make small adjustments within 2 days if needed.

• If you have concerns, please speak up during your appointment so we can make it right!
